Travel Agent
Travels To Remember dba www.travelstoremember.net and its affiliated entities act as a travel agent only. We sell various travel-related products on behalf of numerous transport service providers, multiple transport and accommodation service providers, including but not limited to airlines, coaches, rail, cruise line operators, and hotels. Travels To Remember and www.travelstoremember.net do not own, operate, manage or control these independent suppliers of services and are not liable for their acts or omissions. TTR's obligations to you are to make travel bookings on your behalf and arrange relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. A request cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability these travel service providers impose. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not Travels To Remember.
Important Conditions
Prices are subject to increase without notice before the time you make full payment. Prices are not subject to increase after making full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. As noted above, by making the booking, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions (i.e., increases before full payment and increases attributable to government-imposed taxes, fees, or carrier-imposed surcharges after a full charge will be your responsibility) applicable to your purchase.
Cancellation
A cancellation is defined as the voluntary termination of an entire trip and is requested BEFORE the original travel date. You understand tour packages are entirely non-refundable. No refunds or partial refunds will be provided if you cannot attend a scheduled tour program within the box. No partial refunds will be provided if you check in to your hotel a day late due to unforeseen circumstances. If you miss a transfer due to unforeseen circumstances, no partial refunds will be provided.
Please be aware that most travel bookings are non-refundable, and canceled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the booking cost, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge.
Final Payment
You may be required to make a deposit, and such deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required no less than 60 days before departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. Travels To Remember accepts debit cards or credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Diners). Should you wish us to charge your credit card, we may require you to read and sign a credit card charge form set out in the receipt.
Credit Card Transactions
Suppose for any reason, and any travel service provider cannot provide the services for which you have contracted. In that case, your remedy lies against the provider and not against TTR, and if payment has been made to TTR by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your amount to TTR. If TTR incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys' fees, to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will immediately settle any amounts owing to Travels To Remember via money order or cash.

For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by Travels To Remember to you constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Responsibility
We always do our best to make sure your travel arrangements are satisfactory. However, Travels To Remember and its affiliates and their employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns do not own or operate any entity which provides goods and services for your travel, including without limitation, lodging facilities, airline, vessel, motor coach, or other transportation companies, guides or guide services, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors and are in no way affiliated to Travels To Remember or any of Travels To Remember affiliated entities.
Liability
Travels To Remember is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any travel service provider or third party. In addition and without limitation, Travels To Remember is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or another failure of airplanes or other means of transportation, or for any loss of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. Also, be advised that certain foreign facilities such as air-conditioning systems in public places, hotels, and motor coaches may not be up to US standards. If, due to weather, flight schedules, or other uncontrollable factors, you are required to spend additional night(s), you will be responsible for your hotel, transfers, and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at the owner's risk.
You may see the name Travels To Remember affixed to motor vehicles on signs around the hotel or elsewhere. This use of our name is purely for reasons of identification and does not denote ownership, supervision, or control by Travels To Remember in any way.
The prices of these tours are based on rates in effect (including foreign exchange rates) at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements. You expressly agree that Travels To Remember is not liable for any consequential loss or damage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to claims available under consumer protection laws, Travels To Remember excludes all liability to any traveler (including for negligence, breach of contract, or tort) of third party travel services and for any loss or damage (including personal injury) that arises directly or indirectly. Although accurate at the time of publication, TTR reserves the right to amend or change its travel offerings or the terms of those offerings. TTR excludes all liability to any prospective traveler(s) for claims of reliance on the contents of any publication. TTR does not accept any liability in contract, tort, or otherwise for indirect, special, or consequential loss (*including loss of revenue or cost of substitute services). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability, so some of the rules mentioned above may not apply to the traveler. However, in circumstances where liability cannot be so limited and excluded, in no event shall the total liability of TTR to the traveler (s) for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to negligence) exceed in the aggregate the value of the purchased travel arrangements.

Cancellation and Amendments by Travels To Remember
Travels To Remember reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or amend any itinerary following operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. This includes alterations to cruise itineraries and schedules, including change of embarkation and disembarkation points. TTR is not responsible for any other travel arrangement affected due to our cancellations. Where amendments beyond TTR's control require TTR to add or amend a service(s) resulting in an increased operating cost, a surcharge may be payable by the traveler (s) for the additional or amended service(s). Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where the traveler is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed and agreed to by him or her or them, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly delivered to the traveler, unless the traveler (s) advises the seller of travel in writing, after cancellation. This provision does not apply where the seller of travel has remitted the payment to another registered wholesale seller of travel or a carrier without obtaining a refund and where the wholesaler or provider defaults in providing the agreed-upon transportation or service. Under these circumstances, the seller of travel must provide the traveler with a written statement accompanied by bank records establishing the disbursement of the payment, and if disbursed to a wholesale seller of travel, proof of current registration of that wholesaler.
